    • Orders weighing 0.5kg – 2kg: CHF 3.00 - Delivery in 3-4 business days

    • Free Shipping for orders weighing over 2kg - Delivery in 3-4 business days

  • International Shipping

    • International Shipping: CHF 15.00 - Delivery in 7-14 business days

    • Note: International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
